Awakening to the Power of Awareness:
The Awakening program is a thorough introduction to the Mandala Work© as well as instruction in the richness and subtlety of meditation practice. We will be learning how to use the mandala inquiry process to deconstruct the conscious and subconscious beliefs that underlie areas of habitual distress and and limitation in our lives. By exploring the map of the Mandala of Being both experientially (for what we know in our bodies we truly know), as well as understanding it cognitively, we are provided with invaluable tools and practices that transform and enrich our every day life.
The seminar is an invitation to a journey toward yourself, and is of value for those unfamiliar with the Mandala work as well for those wishing to expand their exploration. You will learn: - a powerful yet simple practice for releasing inner and outer conflict

Deepening the Power of Awareness: The Deepening program is available to individuals who have completed the 4-day ‘Awakening’ seminar, or a Radical Aliveness seminar, as well as to all Mentor Program graduates. The intent of this program is threefold: - A more complete exposure to the overall teaching.
- To help participants gain greater facility using the Mandala Work© as a compass for mindfulness.
- Learning self-mastery – the ability to quickly identify and release ego-generated suffering, and to free the mind into presence.
